For Buyer Protection - packages are shipped to the billing address only, unless other address is buyer verifiable.
All purchases made with different shipping and billing addresses go through additional Fraud Protection procedures.

If you do not wish to complete the shipping authorization form, you may opt to receive an Invoice through Google Checkout which will enable us to verify the shipping address. This process accompanies a charge of $25 which will pay for the re-routing of your package. Generally it is easier to use your billing address, and re-route the package yourself.
PROCESSING TIME: Regular processing of your new order will begin on the next business day if ordered after 3:00 p.m. Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday. For all in-stock and custom made products your selected shipping method shall be implemented (ex: Domestic Ground, Canada, International) after regular processing of 1-3 business days. Domestic orders shipped in confidential ground packaging through Federal Express (FedEx), DHL, and United States Postal Service (USPS) and expected to arrive at your door on or before ten business days from the first day your order began processing, excluding weekends, and holidays.
Packages are delivered on weekdays only. Unless, other arrangements have been made.
All custom made products are usually shipped after 6-8 weeks standard processing time, and after 4-6 weeks if ordered rush delivery.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Products are shipped DOMESTIC in confidential packaging. The current domestic carriers are Federal Express (FedEx), and United States Postal Service (USPS). We reserve the right to use any other shipping or freight carrier.
USPS will deliver to APO/FPO. Military orders shipped in confidential packaging and are delivered on military time schedules, delivery dates are not guaranteed through USPS.
Federal Express does not deliver to APO/FPO or PO Boxes. All deliveries to these destinations will arrive via: USPS.
Packages over $200.00 require signature confirmation. At our discretion, other packages may require signature confirmation. For example, if there has been a delay in payment processing due to multiple addressess, or different shipping and billing address information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Products are shipped Express in confidential packaging. The current international carriers are DHL, and United States Postal Service (USPS). We reserve the right to use any other shipping or freight carrier.
International shipping fees are paid by the buyer and includes port taxes.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING: SHOP EARLY for Holiday Orders and watch for Special Holiday Sales. Products are available while supplies last. Please see the
Holiday Schedule no packages are shipped on these dates.
LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES: If a package is undeliverable/returned to Seller because of an invalid/incorrect address, or any other reason by fault of the Buyer it will be the Buyers responsibility to pay to have the items re-shipped. Additionally, a twenty percent restocking fee will apply.
All shipments are insured by the Seller. Notify us by completing this form
Shipping Lost/Damaged Claim Form within 10 days, if you have not received your package, and within 24 hours if your package is received damaged in transit by the Carrier. When we receive the completed form, a claim will be made with the Carrier. We will immediately begin the process of replacing your items.
SATURDAY DELIVERY: Packages are routinely shipped and delivered on business days. Please chat with us live if you want your package delivered on Saturday.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE: After your order is received you will recieve a confirmation. Your order will be updated with tracking information after three business days or sooner. Please wait 3 business days before inquiring about your product(s). After your package has left our warehouse, it may take the Shipping Carrier up to 48 hours or longer to register your tracking information in their system. Your products may already be in transit before they can be traced by the carrier.
