Our exchange and return policies are stated below.
Return requests are accepted within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- The online exchange/return form must be filled out, and submitted online, within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise, and can be found below.
If any item other than final, accessory, or sale item purchased at www. xantuslacewigs .com fails to meet your expectations.
- It may be returned for an exchange or store credit towards your next purchase; or
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to all online purchases made through www. xantuslacewigs .com
- FINAL SALES include all sales of accessories, layaway, hair club and clearance items marked as “Final Sale”. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
- Any clearance, discontinued or sale item is not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
- Any beauty/hair product or accessory such as glue, tape, etc is not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
- Custom made wigs are not refundable and are exchangeable only.
- All returns are subject to inspection, if item(s) are deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method.
- If item(s) are not deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped a twenty percent restocking fee will be redeemed, and deducted from the charged amount of your transaction.
- For sanitary reasons you are eligible for an exchange, credit or refund, only if the merchandise is returned in its original condition, unworn with packaging including tags, and wig bag. Do NOT remove the excess lace from the wig, brush, comb or alter the wig in any way.
- If item(s) are altered or damaged by any means your return will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these terms as specified.
PLEASE do not mail back your wig without approval. It will be sent back to you at your expense.
We DO NOT accept unsolicited mail.Your order, or any portion thereof, may be declined, even after your receipt of an order confirmation.
