Receiving a custom made wig is a fantastic experience. You will receive a unit that you fabulously created for yourself. Below are the guidelines terms and conditions.

Order specifications: Every custom made wig is made according to the customers exact specifications. To ensure you are getting what you want, you will receive the following.

A FREE Telephone Consultation is included with your order, to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

Every Custom Order will receive an electronic communication verifying the order specification.

You will have up to 72 hours to change specifications.

Production is started after order specifications are verified

Deposits: are considered Lay Away orders (see link below)

Custom made wigs are created specifically for you, are unique according to your personality. Because your custom made wig is your unique creation, it is not re-sellable, and therefore non-refundable. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your custom wig, please notify us in writing within 2 business days, of receipt of your wig, for exchange.

Returns accepted for replacement, re-creation only:

Exchanges are allowed

Allowed if a rare case occurs that unit differs from the final order confirmation

Accepted if the unit is unaltered, unworn, and returned in its original condition

Unit may be returned once

A 20% fee may apply

Exchange is a re-creation and may take up to 8 weeks for return

Guidelines to return for replacement and/or re-creation

DO NOT remove the excess lace from the unit

DO NOT brush, comb, cut, color, or highlight the unit

DO NOT alter the unit in any way

Return in original condition

Return with tags, and wig bag

DO NOT alter the unit in any way

Noncompliance with these guidelines or failure to keep the account current may result in forfeiture of retainer fees, termination, or auction of the purchase and/or product.
